When you enquire, book, save an AI itinerary, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you submit: name, email, phone number, travel preferences, dates, and any notes you choose to share. We do not process payment-card data on our own servers — that is handled by our payment partner.

We may also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP address) to improve the site.

We use your data to design and confirm your travel, to follow up on enquiries, to send transactional emails (booking confirmations, itineraries), and — only with your consent — to send the monthly newsletter.

We will never sell or rent your personal data to third-parties for marketing.

To deliver your trip, we share the minimum necessary details with the relevant suppliers (e.g., hotel name, travel dates, dietary needs). We choose suppliers who handle data with comparable care.

Transactional and marketing emails are sent via SendGrid (Twilio Inc.). SendGrid processes your email address on our behalf solely to deliver email.

Booking and inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service your trip and meet tax obligations (typically 7 years under Indian GST law). Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to concierge@passagepioneer.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Data is stored in managed databases with access controls. No system is perfect — if we discover a breach, we will notify affected users within a reasonable time.

We use a small number of essential cookies for the site to function and lightweight analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and on the home page footer.
