Passage Pioneer ("we", "us") is a trading unit of RGI Corp, an independent travel company incorporated in India. GSTIN: 09BBUPT7746Q1Z3. Registered address: 63k NH 135A, Ugapur, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh 221308.

We act as a travel designer and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers — hoteliers, airlines, transport operators, guides, and experience providers. Final contracts for each component of your journey are with the relevant supplier, on their own terms.

Prices quoted on the website (in INR) are indicative and subject to availability and currency fluctuation at the time of confirmation.

No booking is confirmed until we have shared a written itinerary, you have approved it, and we have received the agreed deposit. The balance is due as set out in the booking confirmation. Payments may be made by bank transfer or any approved payment gateway.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, travel insurance, and any vaccinations required for your destinations. We can advise on what is required but cannot accept liability for refused entry, missed travel, or any consequence of inadequate documentation.

If you wish to change a confirmed booking, we will do our best to accommodate the change — supplier change fees may apply. If a supplier changes or cancels an element of your trip, we will offer the closest reasonable alternative.

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to Passage Pioneer. We are not liable for force-majeure events, supplier default, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

You agree not to use the website to transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt our systems, or scrape data for unauthorised use. The AI Concierge is an assistive tool; its suggestions are not binding offers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
